The personnel is great. We spent evenings at Aldila del Vino, situated 900 feet from the hotel. Perfect base for discovering Milan.

I am disappointed with the reception desk that behavior was impolite. I was standing for a long time waiting while two girls would discuss all their questions. Beside I checked out payed all i took from minibar and came home and found out that almost at midnight the hotel charged me again what i didnt take from the minibar. For that time these girls were talking they could go there and see if there is or not in the minibar. I want the hotel reimbursement on the sum. I shocked very much.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet convenient location minutes from the underground. Facilities and staff second to none, highly recommended to anyone looking for real luxury at a very affordable price.

The hotel is close to the metro and to the convention center, but quite a distance from the city center. Breakfast is good and the service at the breakfast area is admirable, especially, from Angelito; the room service person, Guiseppe, is also very efficiient and such a gentle person, especially to my son.
I am quite disappointed when I requested for a packed breakfast on the morning of our departure for the airport, since we were leaving very early; we were being charged 20 euros per head, when it should have been part of the breakfast paid with the room rate.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money. Located in a nice quite neighborhood, very close to metro. It takes 20 minutes to city center by direct line. Similar hotel in the city center would be twice more expensive. Breakfast is also excellent. If you sign up for a free loyalty card, the breakfast costs 15 euro.

The room looked really old because of the old furnitures. there is no free wifi. The location was bad because it was totally out of centre!

It is avery neat and clean and traveller friendly hotel. Very convenient for me as I have work at the place which is only at 7 minutes walking distance.
They should include breakfast in same tarrif as they are already charging very high.

Price was rather cheap for a 5 stars hotel
Very thin walls. We had to turn tv loud during night to avoid hearing the guy on the next room snoring. Spa was closed. Bath had broken (built- in) plug to stop the water so we couldnt take bath.

I enjoyed my stay & it was really, the same distance that they mentioned from the event location that I was attending. Wonderful hotel staff especially, house keeping as I forgot 70 Euro in my Jeans pocket & I sent for laundry I surprised when I found my money with landury. When I arrived I forgot my phone in the Taxi & they helped me to return it back within half hour also, the Taxi driver he was so polite guy. I met the famous player for manchester city Mario balotelli there. So wonderful breakfast (sunshine eggs was tasty)
They need to put boilers in the rooms & few coffee, tea as other hotels.

Very good location for attending congress at the large congress center nearby. Very good for quite break and rest. Internet-connected pc in the room 24 h - included.
Breakfast delivered to the room was included. But always came late. One time without bread, the next time with day-old toasts. Always with hardly boiled eggs instead of hard boied eggs. One was completely raw. Wireless connection not good and cost 12 Euro per hour. That is stupid! Ruyins the impression
